WHAT IS PILATES??
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly fee...l they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.

6.30pm-7.30pm -Yoga
8pm-9pm -Ballroom Dance

Wednesday :-
8am-9am -Yoga
6.30pm-7.30pm -Aerobic
8pm-9pm -Yoga
9pm-10pm -Ladies New Jazz

Thursday :-
9am-10am -Aerobic
6.30pm-7.30pm -Pilates
8pm-9pm -New Jazz
9pm-10pm -New Jazz

Friday :-
6.30pm-7.30pm -Yoga
8pm-9.30pm -Line Dance
9.30pm-10.30pm -Line Dance

Saturday :-
2pm-3pm -Kid's Hip Hop

Sunday :-
2pm-3pm -Kid's Hip Hop
3pm-4.30pm -Line Dance
5pm-6.30pm -Children Creative Dance
